Hot temps have us craving cold treats. But all the ice cream has been getting a little old (is that even possible??), which proved to be the best inspiration for whipping us this raspberry sorbet. This is another breeze of a recipe to pull together as it needs little more than a blender. Also, it doesn't require heating up the kitchen using the oven or stove. Best part is that it takes just enough time to pull together that you'll be able to squeeze in a couple versions of Raspberry Beret by Prince :).
We've included triple sec for scoop-ability. Feel free to leave it out. There is a nice warmth to the sorbet. Add another tablespoon if you want to turn it up.
