So we recently whipped up a batch for #YearofYum. How sexy are those donuts? Let's pause a moment to take them in in all their glory.

Since these are baked, they have more of a cake texture rather than a raised texture. If you are a raised donut die hard, you might want to stay away. But for the rest of you, these are del.i.cious!
We decorated them with hibiscus and toasted coconut. After throughout taste testing, however, we would recommend the toasted coconut. See the recipe below for details.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 18 to 20 minutes
Ingredients
Donuts
1 c flour
1/3 c sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp melted butter
1 egg
1/3 c plus 1 1/2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
Mango Habanero Glaze
1/3 c mango puree
1 c powdered sugar
1 tsp Burns and McCoy Mango Habanero Sauce (increase to 2 tsp if you wanted more flavor)
Toasted Coconut
1/3 c shredded coconut
Directions
Toasted Coconut
1. Preheat oven to 300F.
2. Spread coconut as a single layer on a sheet tray.
3. Toast for 8 minutes. Be sure to watch that it doesn't burn.
Donuts
1. Increase oven to 350F.
2. Prep donut pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
3. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
4. In a small bowl, combine egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
5. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir to combine until well combine. Try not to over work batter.
6. Spoon or pipe batter into prepped donut pan. Fill each cavity about 3/4 full.
7. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
8. Make glaze while donuts cool.
9. Assemble donuts. Once cooled, dipped donuts in glaze and sprinkle with toasted coconut. Allow glaze to set for 30 minutes before stacking donuts.
Mango Habanero Glaze
1. Combine mango puree, powdered sugar, and hot sauce in a bowl.
