What do you think about our #YearofYum recipe series? We started this project to showcase the versatility of cooking with Burns and McCoy products. We push ourselves to think creatively beyond using hot sauce as last minute addition ... like an afterthought. Yet, we also want to focus on recipe options that are approachable and easy to execute.
These sweet and SPICY nuts are the perfect union of all our priorities with our Year of Yum. We selected Burns and McCoy Excubrium, which kicks up the heat big time. Make a batch in 15 minutes. Let cool and serve. Though you might want to issue a warning about the heat when serving to guests. These babies are s.p.i.c.y!
One last note. Use parchment paper or a silicone mat. Seriously. You will be scrubbing the pan for days if you don't use one of these options. You've been warned.
