Snack attack something fierce? This is an easy, addictive mix to satisfy that craving. Seriously. A bowl of the mix was devoured the moment it was out of the oven. Cherries are a great option adding a touch of sweet and tart to pair with the spice from the Burns and McCoy Mango Habanero sauce. This mix is medium for heat. Add more hot sauce as needed, or switch over to Exitium to kick up the heat. The recipe can (should) be doubled (or tripled) for a group.

1/2 c cashews
1/2 c almonds
1/2 c pepitas
1 tbsp curry powder (2 tsp)
1 tbsp + 1 tsp Burns and McCoy Mango Habanero
1 tbsp maple syrup
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/2 c dried mango, chopped
1/2 c dried cherries
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix cashews, almonds, pepitas, curry powder, hot sauce, maple syrup, and salt together in a bowl until well combined.
3. Roast nuts for 15 minutes. Take out of oven and let cool.
4. Add mango and cherries to the mix. Eat by the handful.
