Bloody Mary Deviled Eggs

Posted by Jay Turner on

We may never eat regular deviled eggs ever again. The addition of our Original Bloody Mary Mix results in a robust flavor not found in the original recipe. Rim the eggs with paprika to finish. You won't regret it.

Servings: 12 deviled eggs

Prep Time:  10 minutes

Cook Time:  15 minutes (for the eggs)

Ingredients

6 hardboiled eggs

2 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tbsp Burns and McCoy Original Bloody Mary Mix

2 tsp horseradish mustard

¼ tsp salt

Paprika for garnish

*Note: If you want a thicker mixture, decrease the mayonnaise, bloody mary mix, mustard, and salt by half.

Directions

Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks. Place yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add mayonnaise, bloody mary mix, mustard, and salt until smooth. To rim the eggs, place paprika on a small plate and dip the cut side of the egg whites in the paprika. Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Sprinkle with additional paprika to serve.
