Bloody Gin and Tonic
The #YearofYum recipe for this week combines the savory of the Burns and McCoy Premium Bloody Mary Mix and with sweetest of tonic. And there is zero cooking required. Unless you want an excuse to eat hickory smoked beef sticks. Then the cooking time increases to five minutes. This drink will appeal to bloody mary and gin and tonic drinkers alike. It is the best of both worlds.

Rim Salt
1 tsp salt
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp paprika
Bloody Gin and Tonic
1.5 oz gin
1.5 oz Burns and McCoy Premium Bloody Mary Mix
6 oz tonic
Splash of hot sauce of choice (we used Especia Rojo … and it was delicious)
Lime
Ice
Plus fixings (beef sticks are the best)
Instructions
Combine rim salt ingredients and spread on a plate. Slice a wedge from the lime and run the wedge around the rim of the glass. Turn the glass upside down and dip in the salt. Add ice, gin, bloody mary mix, and a splash of hot sauce to the glass. Top the glass off with tonic. Add fixings. Enjoy!
